You decide what your goals are! We can make a specific plan for goals, or just talk to help you untangle your brain. I will ask a lot of questions as you sort through things. I may offer assessments and ideas, but the intensity, goals and frequency are up to you.

My goal is to walk alongside you, as a companion for change. If it would be helpful to you, I can offer homework, accountability, and check-ins. Or just a safe place to process the craziness of life.
Solution-focused
As we talk, we may run into some deep and painful things that are affecting you every day, but the goal of coaching is to help you gain clarity on what you can do to move forward. If we run into things that are better suited for a professional counseling relationship, I have some great referrals.

If you aren’t sure if coaching is right for you, don’t see a time slot that works for you, or have any other questions, schedule the 30 minute phone call.
